Arnaud Combier

After "Viti" studies in Beaune, Arnaud Combier got his start at Domaine Valette in the Mâconnais region with Philippe, with whom he remains very close. He went on to vinify in the Prissé cellars before spending three years at Colbois in Chablis. His desire to make the most natural wines possible pushed him to take on his grandfather's vines in 1998.

He created great textured and precious whites for over ten years. Following the death of his grandfather, the immediate family decided to take back control of the vines. Arnaud then spent a short period in the South of France in Pézenas where he met Jeff Carrel, before moving on to help a big Burgundy wine merchant convert Beaujolais vines to organic practices. He teamed up with the Domaine des Moriers in 2018 to accompany them in a new adventure and to make wines with delicate aromas and tastes, these sensual wines that we love so much.
