Pure, elegant, full of finesse, with this essence which brings tension to the wine, firstly silky before gaining in density and power.
The aftertaste is again full of freshness thanks to resinous notes of cistus, eucalyptus and menthol.
Pairing
Perfect to accompany lamb (rosé rather than confit), but should accommodate to a number of southern specialities...
