For several years now, we have been working to develop wines from organic viticulture. We have created a family of organic wines with a bird for its emblem, which we hope will not continue to disappear from our countryside.  

The National Museum of Natural History (MNHN) and the National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS) in France published the results of two bird monitoring organisations in 2018, evoking a phenomenon of “massive disappearance”, “close to an ecological disaster” on the French territory. “The birds in the French countryside are disappearing at a breakneck speed” specify the two institutions in a joint press release. “On average, their populations have shrunk by a third in fifteen years”.

Future Springs are likely to be silent : so to keep this “chirping” that is dear to us, we have decided to invest in the advancement of Organic Agriculture.
